Campoff Business Terms

Effective 25 October 2026

These Terms are an agreement between SIA Campoff (reg. no. 40203782686, "Bajāri", Vīpe parish, Jēkabpils municipality, Latvia, "we", "Campoff") and the company or organisation ("Customer") that uses the Campoff business portal (business.campoff.app) to create camps for its people. The Data Processing Agreement is an integral part of these Terms.

1. Who agrees to these Terms

  • The person who signs in to the business portal and creates or orders a camp is the Organiser.
  • By ticking the box, the Organiser confirms that they may act on behalf of the Customer and agrees to these Terms and the Data Processing Agreement on the Customer's behalf.
  • If the Organiser does not have that right, they are personally responsible.
  • The Organiser's own Campoff user account is also covered by the regular Terms of Use.

2. The service

  • In the business portal, the Customer can create camps for its people, for example employees, a team or a club:
    • a simple camp, free of charge;
    • a paid camp with a package. A package has a set length in days and a maximum number of members.
  • A camp can have dates, the hours when time is counted, a shared goal and a reward.
  • Members join themselves with a code or link, using their own Campoff account.
  • In the portal, the Customer sees the camp members' names and hours (per day, week, month and in total), and progress towards the shared goal.
  • The Customer does not see members' emails, session details or other camps.

3. Prices, invoices and payment

  • The price of a paid camp is the one shown in the portal at the moment of ordering. Prices exclude VAT, and VAT is added at the applicable rate.
  • When the Customer orders a camp, the price and invoice details are "frozen". Later price changes do not affect a camp that has already been ordered.
  • We issue an invoice to the details the Customer provides and send it to the email given. The Customer is responsible for the details being correct.
  • The invoice must be paid within 14 days unless the invoice says otherwise.
  • A paid camp starts working once we have received payment. Until then, its status in the portal is "waiting for payment".
  • If payment is not received on time, we may leave the camp inactive or pause it.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  • If the Customer cancels a paid camp in writing before its start date, we refund the full amount paid.
  • After the camp has started, the amount paid is not refunded.
  • Exception: if the camp could not work normally through our fault, we refund in proportion to the days it did not work, or extend the camp. We agree the choice with the Customer.

5. Customer obligations

The Customer agrees:

  • Voluntary participation. Not to force anyone to join a camp or use Campoff, and not to give any benefit or penalty for joining or not joining.
  • No HR decisions from results. Not to use camp results to assess work performance, set pay or bonuses, or make disciplinary or other HR decisions. A camp reward is allowed if it is available voluntarily and fairly.
  • Inform members. Before inviting people to join, to tell them that the Customer will see their names and hours and what the Customer uses this for, and to give them a link to the Campoff Privacy Policy.
  • Reward. If the Customer promised a reward for the camp, the Customer gives it and is responsible for it, including any taxes.
  • Fair use. To use the portal lawfully, not to share access with unauthorised persons, not to use Campoff data for anything other than running the camp, and not to resell or pass on the service.
  • Contact. To keep the Organiser's contact details up to date. If the Organiser leaves the company, to tell us so the camp can be handed over.

6. Data

  • For members' Campoff accounts and their time, Campoff is responsible as the controller, under our Privacy Policy.
  • For the business camp data the Customer sees in the portal, the Customer is the controller, and Campoff is the processor that handles it on the Customer's behalf under the Data Processing Agreement.
  • We keep invoice details for as long as accounting law requires.

7. Availability

  • We work to keep Campoff running without interruption, and we do planned work when it disrupts least.
  • We do not guarantee a specific level of availability.
  • Time counting is automatic and can be imperfect, for example because of devices or connections.

8. Liability

  • Each party is liable for damage caused on purpose or through gross negligence.
  • Otherwise, our total liability to the Customer is limited to the amount the Customer paid us for the camp concerned in the last 12 months. For free camps, the limit is EUR 100.
  • Neither party is liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit.
  • These limits do not apply to the Customer's obligations in section 5, to payment obligations, or to breaches of data protection obligations, to the extent the law provides.

9. Intellectual property and feedback

  • Campoff, its design and content belong to us.
  • The camp name, description and reward text belong to the Customer, and the Customer allows us to show them to members.
  • We may name the Customer as our customer only with the Customer's permission.
  • If the Customer gives us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Campoff.

10. Term and termination

  • These Terms apply while the Customer uses the business portal or while its camps are running.
  • The Customer can stop at any time. Section 4 applies to cancelling a paid camp.
  • We may pause or close the Customer's camps if the Customer seriously breaches these Terms (especially section 5) or does not pay, and the breach is not fixed within 7 days of our warning.
  • If we shut down the service completely, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund the camp days left unused.

11. Changes to these Terms

  • We will tell the Organiser about changes to these Terms by email or in the portal at least 30 days in advance.
  • Camps that are already paid keep the Terms that applied when they were ordered until they end, unless the law requires the change.

12. Applicable law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
  • The parties first try to resolve any dispute by talking.
  • If that fails, the dispute is decided by a court of the Republic of Latvia according to the legal address of SIA Campoff.
  • These Terms are in Latvian and English. If they conflict, the Latvian version prevails.
