1. Kas ir Campoff

Campoff ir bezmaksas lietotne, kas palīdz pavadīt mazāk laika telefonā. Nospied Start, noliec telefonu malā, un Campoff skaita laiku, ko pavadi prom no ekrāna. Šo laiku vari salīdzināt ar draugiem un nometnēm, krāt līgas punktus un apmainīt stundas pret partneru kuponiem.

2. Kas drīkst lietot Campoff

• Tev jābūt vismaz 13 gadus vecam.
• Vienam cilvēkam ir viens konts. Kontu nedrīkst nodot vai pārdot citam.
• Tev jāizmanto e-pasts, kuram tev ir piekļuve. Tu atbildi par to, kas notiek tavā kontā. Ja kāds cits ir ticis pie tava konta, raksti mums.

3. Tavs vārds un uzvedība

• Vārds, ko izvēlies, ir redzams citiem. Tam jābūt unikālam.
• Vārds nedrīkst būt aizskarošs, maldinošs vai uzdoties par citu cilvēku vai uzņēmumu.
• Tas pats attiecas uz nometņu nosaukumiem un citu tekstu, ko ieraksti.
• Mēs varam nomainīt vai noņemt vārdu vai nosaukumu, kas pārkāpj šos noteikumus.

4. Godīga spēle

Campoff ir jēga tikai tad, ja laiks ir īsts. Ir aizliegts:

• mākslīgi iegūt laiku vai punktus, piemēram, ar skriptiem, automatizāciju, vairākām ierīcēm vienlaikus, dalītā ekrāna vai citiem trikiem, kas ļauj lietot telefonu, kamēr laiks tiek skaitīts;
• mēģināt apiet mūsu pārbaudes, traucēt servisa darbību vai piekļūt citu cilvēku datiem;
• izmantot vairākus kontus, lai iegūtu kuponus vai līgas priekšrocības.

Ja konstatēsim pārkāpumu, mēs varam anulēt sesijas, punktus, līgas rezultātus vai kuponus, kas iegūti negodīgi, un apturēt vai izdzēst kontu. Ja domā, ka esam kļūdījušies, raksti mums.

Laika skaitīšana ir automātiska un var būt neprecīza, piem., sliktas interneta vai ierīces iestatījumu dēļ. Mēs darām visu, lai tā būtu godīga, bet negarantējam, ka katra minūte vienmēr tiks ieskaitīta.

5. Nometnes, draugi un līgas

• Nometni var izveidot jebkurš. Tai pievienojas ar kodu vai saiti. Nometnes dalībnieki redz viens otra vārdus un stundas.
• Draugus izvēlies pats. Draugi var redzēt, kad esi prom no ekrāna.
• Līgās cilvēki tiek automātiski sadalīti istabās. Punkti tiek skaitīti pēc Campoff noteikumiem, kas redzami lietotnē. Mēs varam mainīt punktu skaitīšanu, līgas un istabu noteikumus, lai spēle būtu godīgāka un interesantāka.
• Uzņēmumu nometnes. Uzņēmums (piem., darba devējs) var izveidot nometni saviem cilvēkiem. Uzņēmums redz šīs nometnes dalībnieku vārdus un stundas. Pievienošanās uzņēmuma nometnei ir brīvprātīga, un to vari pamest jebkurā laikā. Uzņēmums nedrīkst izmantot nometnes rezultātus, lai vērtētu tavu darbu. Ja uzņēmums nometnei solījis balvu, to dod un par to atbild uzņēmums, nevis Campoff. Mūsu attiecības ar uzņēmumu regulē Uzņēmumu noteikumi.

6. Maks un kuponi

• Par laiku prom no ekrāna vari saņemt partneru kuponus, "samaksājot" ar stundām. Cik stundas kupons maksā, ir redzams lietotnē.
• Stundām nav naudas vērtības. Tās nevar izmaksāt, pārdot vai nodot citam. Kuponus nevar apmainīt pret naudu, ja vien partneris to pats neatļauj.
• Kuponu skaits ir ierobežots. Mēs varam mainīt kuponu cenas un piedāvājumu, kā arī pārtraukt kuponu piedāvāšanu. Iepriekš saņemti kuponi paliek spēkā saskaņā ar partnera noteikumiem.
• Preci vai pakalpojumu sniedz partneris, nevis Campoff. Uz kupona izmantošanu attiecas partnera noteikumi, piem., derīguma termiņš. Par preci vai pakalpojumu, tā kvalitāti un pieejamību atbild partneris.
• Ja kupona kods nedarbojas, raksti mums. Ja tas ir pamatoti, mēs atgriezīsim stundas vai iedosim citu kodu.
• Ja kupons iegūts negodīgi (skat. 4. punktu), mēs to varam anulēt.

7. Paziņojumi un e-pasti

• Paziņojumus tu ieslēdz un izslēdz pats.
• Pieteikšanās kodi ir servisa e-pasti.
• Reizēm varam nosūtīt ziņas par Campoff jaunumiem. No tām vari atteikties ar saiti vēstulē vai Settings.

8. Bezmaksas serviss un izmaiņas

• Campoff šobrīd ir bez maksas. Ja kādreiz ieviesīsim maksas funkcijas, par to paziņosim iepriekš, un tās būs tikai ar tavu skaidru izvēli.
• Mēs pastāvīgi uzlabojam Campoff. Funkcijas var mainīties, parādīties vai pazust.
• Mēs cenšamies, lai Campoff vienmēr strādātu, bet nevaram garantēt, ka tas būs pieejams bez pārtraukumiem vai kļūdām.
• Ja pilnībā pārtrauksim Campoff darbību, par to paziņosim vismaz 30 dienas iepriekš, lai vari izmantot kuponus un saņemt savus datus.

9. Veselība un drošība

• Campoff nav medicīnisks rīks un nesniedz medicīniskus padomus.
• Ja tev ir bažas par savu telefona lietošanu vai veselību, runā ar speciālistu.
• Nekad nelieto telefonu, arī Campoff, braucot ar transportlīdzekli.
• Nekad neignorē svarīgus zvanus vai brīdinājumus tikai tāpēc, lai nepārtrauktu sesiju.

10. Tiesības uz saturu

• Campoff lietotne, dizains, logotips un teksti pieder mums.
• Tu saglabā tiesības uz to, ko ieraksti pats (vārds, nometņu nosaukumi, mērķu teksti). Ar to tu atļauj mums to rādīt Campoff, kā aprakstīts šajos noteikumos.

11. Atbildība

• Mēs atbildam par zaudējumiem, ko radījām tīši vai rupjas neuzmanības dēļ, kā arī tādos gadījumos, kad atbildību nevar ierobežot saskaņā ar likumu.
• Citos gadījumos, ciktāl to atļauj likums, mēs neatbildam par netiešiem zaudējumiem, piem., zaudētiem punktiem, kuponiem vai iespējām servisa traucējumu dēļ.
• Nekas šajos noteikumos neierobežo tavas patērētāja tiesības saskaņā ar Latvijas vai tavas ES valsts likumiem.

12. Konta dzēšana un apturēšana

• Tu vari pārtraukt lietot Campoff un izdzēst kontu jebkurā laikā: Settings → Delete account. Tas izdzēš tavus datus, kā aprakstīts Privātuma politikā. Neizmantotās stundas un neizmantoti kuponi lietotnē pazūd līdz ar kontu, tāpēc pirms dzēšanas pieraksti kuponu kodus, ja tie vēl vajadzīgi.
• Mēs varam apturēt vai izdzēst kontu, ja tu būtiski vai atkārtoti pārkāp šos noteikumus. Ja iespējams, mēs vispirms tevi brīdināsim.

13. Izmaiņas noteikumos

Mēs varam mainīt šos noteikumus, piem., ja mainās Campoff vai likumi. Par būtiskām izmaiņām paziņosim lietotnē vismaz 14 dienas iepriekš un palūgsim tev tām piekrist. Ja nepiekrīti, vari izdzēst kontu.

14. Piemērojamie likumi un strīdi

• Šiem noteikumiem piemēro Latvijas Republikas likumus.
• Ja tev ir sūdzība, vispirms raksti mums uz kristaps@campoff.app, un mēs centīsimies to atrisināt 14 dienu laikā.
• Patērētāji var vērsties arī Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrā (www.ptac.gov.lv) vai Latvijas tiesā. Ja dzīvo citā ES valstī, saglabājas visas aizsardzības, ko tev dod tavas valsts likumi.
• Noteikumi ir latviski un angliski. Ja rodas pretruna, noteicošā ir latviešu valodas versija.

1. What Campoff is

Campoff is a free app that helps you spend less time on your phone. Press Start, put your phone away, and Campoff counts the time you spend off screen. You can compare that time with friends and camps, earn league points, and trade hours for partner coupons.

2. Who can use Campoff

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• One person, one account. You may not give or sell your account to someone else.
• You must use an email you have access to. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If someone else got into your account, write to us.

3. Your name and behaviour

• The name you choose is visible to others. It must be unique.
• It must not be offensive or misleading, or pretend to be another person or company.
• The same applies to camp names and any other text you write.
• We may change or remove a name that breaks these rules.

4. Fair play

Campoff only makes sense if the time is real. You must not:

• fake time or points, for example with scripts, automation, several devices at once, split screen, or other tricks that let you use your phone while time is counted;
• try to get around our checks, disrupt the service, or access other people's data;
• use several accounts to get coupons or league advantages.

If we find a breach, we may cancel sessions, points, league results or coupons gained unfairly, and suspend or delete the account. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.

Time counting is automatic and can be imperfect, for example because of a weak connection or device settings. We do our best to make it fair, but we cannot guarantee that every minute will always be counted.

5. Camps, friends and leagues

• Anyone can create a camp. People join with a code or link. Camp members see each other's names and hours.
• You choose your friends yourself. Friends can see when you are off screen.
• In leagues, people are placed in rooms automatically. Points are counted by the Campoff rules shown in the app. We may change point counting, leagues and room rules to make the game fairer and more fun.
• Business camps. A company (for example an employer) can create a camp for its people. The company sees the names and hours of that camp's members. Joining a business camp is voluntary, and you can leave it at any time. The company may not use camp results to judge your work. If the company promised a reward for the camp, the company gives it and is responsible for it, not Campoff. Our relationship with the company is covered by the Business Terms.

6. Wallet and coupons

• You can get partner coupons for your time off screen by "paying" with hours. How many hours a coupon costs is shown in the app.
• Hours have no money value. They cannot be cashed out, sold or transferred. Coupons cannot be exchanged for money unless the partner allows it.
• Coupons are limited. We may change coupon prices and what is on offer, or stop offering coupons. Coupons you already received stay valid under the partner's terms.
• The goods or service come from the partner, not from Campoff. Using a coupon is subject to the partner's terms, for example its expiry date. The partner is responsible for the goods or service, its quality and its availability.
• If a coupon code does not work, write to us. If your request is justified, we will give your hours back or give you another code.
• If a coupon was gained unfairly (see section 4), we may cancel it.

7. Notifications and emails

• You turn notifications on and off yourself.
• Sign-in codes are service emails.
• Now and then we may send news about Campoff. You can unsubscribe with the link in the email or in Settings.

8. A free service, and changes

• Campoff is currently free. If we ever add paid features, we will tell you in advance, and they will only apply if you clearly choose them.
• We keep improving Campoff. Features may change, appear or go away.
• We work hard to keep Campoff running, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
• If we shut Campoff down completely, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can use your coupons and get your data.

9. Health and safety

• Campoff is not a medical tool and does not give medical advice.
• If you are worried about your phone use or your health, talk to a professional.
• Never use your phone, including Campoff, while driving.
• Never ignore important calls or alerts just to keep a session going.

10. Rights to content

• The Campoff app, design, logo and texts belong to us.
• You keep the rights to what you write yourself (your name, camp names, goal texts). By writing it, you allow us to show it in Campoff as described in these Terms.

11. Liability

• We are liable for damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, and in any case where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
• Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost points, coupons or opportunities caused by service disruptions.
• Nothing in these Terms limits your consumer rights under the laws of Latvia or of your EU country.

12. Deleting or suspending an account

• You can stop using Campoff and delete your account at any time: Settings → Delete account. This deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Unused hours and coupons disappear from the app with your account, so write down any coupon codes you still need before deleting.
• We may suspend or delete an account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. Where possible, we will warn you first.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms, for example when Campoff or the law changes. We will announce important changes in the app at least 14 days in advance and ask you to agree to them. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.

14. Applicable law and disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
• If you have a complaint, write to us first at kristaps@campoff.app, and we will try to resolve it within 14 days.
• Consumers can also contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, www.ptac.gov.lv) or a Latvian court. If you live in another EU country, you keep all the protection your country's laws give you.
• These Terms are in Latvian and English. If they conflict, the Latvian version prevails.
